Salads don’t have to be boring. Here’s one of my favorite summertime meals. It’s also one of the benefits of living in the Mediterranean – an abundance of fresh fruit and veg, and of course, cheese.
This is me trying to find creative ways to convince my stomach that it doesn’t carbs and chocolate to be happy, so far it’s working. I’ll keep the #foodie posts coming, follow me here and on Insta for more.
